Accommodation

Services

On campus accommodation for international students is available. Hostel rooms have attached bathrooms, with double or triple beds. Both Air-conditioned and non-air conditioned rooms are available as per the choice of accommodations. Other services like laundry, internet, loads etc. are available nearby at extra cost.

Pre-departure

and Post Arrival Services

Students are given a thorough Pre-departure orientation (especially those who are visiting other country for the first time) on the basic guidelines governing immigration rules in the Philippines. A checklist will be provided containing basic information students need to remember when flying for the first time outside the country. Our Resident Liaison officer will provide all necessary assistance to the students to get them settled in the university (all formalities from registration, enrollment and procurement of other local documents necessary to get government-issued certifications for foreign students).

Visa

Assistance

Visa processing will be handled by the regional office. Our assistance ranges from documentation for the application and making follow-up on the application and assisting for personal appearance during the interviews. Student Visa will be processed in the Philippines by the University.

Immigration

Assistance

Our staff in the university along with the university Liaison Officer from the Foreign Students Unit will provide assistance in preparing all documents for immigration works. The issuance of any legal documents is solely under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Immigration Philippines subject to the applicants’ compliance of the requirements to be submitted and/or updated on-time.
